I weaned my son when he was 13 months old... he is 2 and still ask to nurse every month or so. Today he curled up in my lap and pointed at my boob and asked for momma milk. I offered him milk from the kitchen and he looked to sad and hurt and said no, momma milk😢 has anyone else experienced this? It's been over a year since he was weaned!!! He hasn't forgotten.

Wow I've never heard of that but I'm a FTM and she's only 4 months and I stopped breast feeding at 2 weeks old since I didn't produce enough. I'm surprised he remembers so young

This is my fear with my daughter. I'm worried when she weans she'll remember and ask for some and I don't know if I'll be able to tell her no

I haven't breastfed my daughter in 10mo, and the other day she tried! Wth?? I fully weaned her at 18mo, but the last time I breastfed was right at Christmas last year!
