My boyfriend works 50+ hours a week. He drives a 18 wheeler truck. I'm a stay at home mom. I cook I clean and take care of our two daughters. He comes home to a hot cooked meal, showers and heads to bed. Although I need help I never bother him for any cause he works long hours and his sleep is needed. I fear he will fall asleep behind the wheel if he doesn't get enough sleep. So I sleep in a separate room so the baby won't wake him. I pull my weight and he pulls his. On the weekends he helps me a lot with out asking and allows me to get some rest. Also during the week again with out me asking he will get up a little earlier then usual and feed both girls for me. I'm blessed to have a father for my children who is so involved. I've learned to not nag and bother him for help that he would eventually help on his own and it worked

Yes girl me too same thing with my husband but he works at a warehouse with machinery. But I do the same. I don't ask him for nothing just sometimes on the weekend. And feel like that's the least I can do with him working so much so we can stay home. But some girl would think we are crazy for all that we do. But yes I'm tired sometimes but it's team work.

@rodriguez13 I see a lot of woman complain that their SO doesn't help when they come home from work and I do understand their frustration but they have to think about the mans feelings and well being too. Like he needs to be able to function for work.

Exactly don't get me wrong there has been days where I have complained Bc I was having a bad day but I always check myself. And I know so many and they will make comment like just Bc I'm home doesn't mean he doesn't have to cook. And I'm like that's part of being a stay at home parent🙄 and they work 10+ hours a day they are tired too!! Only thing I ask from mine is on his days off to give me a little break
