I just had my first NST and if I didn't have to keep track of her movements I would have fallen asleep πŸ˜‚ I was actually really comfortable

I have to get them twice a week due to history an i have to hit that button too but its very relaxing lol

Well I googled it because you made me curious lol apparently the reason for tracking the baby's movements is to see the difference in their heart rate when they're moving compared to when they're not @jewellmason1234 I'm not sure why they have some people do it and others not because this was my first one and I wasn't expecting to have one

I think it's just a normal part of the test @jewellmason1234 I just had to push a button everytime she moved. They had me doing it because my blood pressure was high
