For me they work awesome, you take 2 at night on an empty stomach and the whole next day you should be good, that's how it is for me at least.. And you can take 2 through out the day if needed but I never need to. But I been forgetting and I feel like crap now

@zakiyyah, yeah ask your doctor about them, i took zofran I think that's the name for my pregnancy with my daughter and they sucked compared to these

I had to take diclegis 4 times a day...zofran made me constipated...but I took zofran for sudden nausea if I forgot or didn't have the diclegis...but they both worked excellent for me! get em asap 😆
