I'm so tired of all those scare tactics. Everytime you look round it's something else coming out to scare someone. I put my faith in God.

I have had 4 kids and they have all gotten every shot they are supposed to and never had any problems

Almost all the vaccines have that in the information slip as one of the reactions. Dtap is just one for example. We plan to vaccinate our baby, but at around 1-2 years of age when the risk of SIDS is gone. My baby had 1 hepatitis vaccine, and seriously slept ALL DAY... and she didn't want to wake up. Which isn't her... so that made me worry big time. The only thing with refusing vaccines or delaying them, is most pediatricians wont continue to see the baby... our pediatrician is giving us 6 months.🙄

you can decline them until the time is right ! that's what I'm going to do! I'm going to wait until she's old enough like @klove2016

My thing is, if we can't give our babies certain medicines while they're young, how are giving them 4-5 vaccines at once safe while they're young??

There are risks with every vaccine, but the risk of them ending up with whooping cough (which kills hundreds of babies every year) if not vaccinated properly is far greater. I'm a lab tech and study vaccines for a living.

No I didn't have any issues, I did a lot of research and decided 8 yrs ago (when my son was a baby) that I wouldn't get him vaccinated and I still feel the same for this baby. I've been struggling with going into nursing just because hospitals require employees to get flu vaccine and i really don't want to get it. Sounds silly but I'm just so against it

Even if you decide to vaccinate you can do a delayed schedule though
