Yep just gotta get through the hard part and then it's soooo easy. No pain or anything it's so awesome definitely worth the struggle at first

The gel pads from the hospital can only be found at the hospital. Other brands are expensive and both only remain cool for about 48 hours. Instead put aloe vera gel in breastmilk storage bags and place in your fridge. Way cheaper, works just as well as hospital gels, and last forever!
