I found out when my daughter was 1 month old she had Torticollis. We are just now getting therapy. I have been telling asking the doctors for months that she needs therapy now she more stiff on her left than she is on right. Now I have to wait for the insurance to approve her 12 week therapy sessions. She is now going to be delayed in her crawling. She has a hard time moving her legs. The physical therapist gave me some exercises to do until her sessions are approved. I hope it will help her because she gets so frustrated trying to do tummy time trying to move her little fat legs. I have to do exercises on arms and her neck as well. She does scoot backwards though.
