@newmomof3, have u tired letting her bottom air out? Place a mattress protector or water proof pad under here and let her be naked as much as possible or just n a cloth diaper. They say corn starch works good

have you tried putting desitin on her rash? also if you're breastfeeding putting some breastmilk on the rash and letting it dry will.help

My daughter got a horrible diaper rash as well. What type of diapers and wipes are you using? You may need to start ruling out potential allergies. After a few weeks of a horrible diaper rash, we realized that the only wipes that don't turn her butt bright red are huggies natural care. We had to return like 6 boxes of pampers wipes😂 also, to clear the rash up, i used triple antibiotic ointment as diaper cream. They make it with pain relief and it cleared it up within days.... when it's that bad, none of the regular creams work. Hope this all helps!

I also tried to dry her every time I changed her diaper, I just used a tissue or a dry wash cloth and just patted her dry. That was all right after she was born and now she's almost 4 months old and she hasn't had a rash since we figured out that it was the wipes

We just changed her diaper and wipes brand. She uses pampers and has been since she was born. But she was on a milk based formula, and kept getting diarrhea. We changed her formula, so that's gone, but it left a bad rash.
