So what cities in Southern California are good to go trick or treating at. I heard Canyon crest in Riverside is good I live in North Fontana but the past 2 years not many people are handing out candy anymore like they use to, it was a really good area to take your kids, Chino hills where I went to once never again the houses were so big it will take like 3 minutes to walk to the next house that's losing time and candy lol
