I had that problem, I went to my dr and she pulled out the stitch since she said it had healed and then put this thing on it I can't remember what it's called but it supposed to stop it from like ooZing I guess lol taking the stitches out hurt way more than what she put on it after, but it just takes a second and then it's all over!

Was it like glue? I'm wondering if they would do that if a stitch wasn't working out @brynsmommie

Silver nitrate! I remembered the name lol "Topical application of silver nitrate is often used in wound care to help remove and debride hypergranulation tissue or calloused rolled edges in wounds or ulcerations. It’s also an effective agent to cauterize bleeding in wounds" found that online....it's just to close off the wound I guess but you have to be fully healed first I think!

Yea I'm not to sure what stage of healing it's in, the vet used that on my dog when he got fixed 😂

Ya the pediatrician used it on my son when his belly button wasn't healing up after his umbilical cord fell off haha....so many uses LOL
