starting my breastfeeding journey, how long/how many times a day should I do skin to skin?? the lactation consultant only told me never to do it at night, only during the day.

I've never heard that! I say cuddle your baby all day long lol but that's just me lol good job on breastfeeding mama that's awesome !

the consultant said something about that will confuse her even more about day time and night time @mrscruz0530 and I definitely don't want to take any chances!! lol
I've never heard not to do it at night ! I say do it as much as you want my daughter is about to be 8 months and we still do skin to skin I lay her on top of me and she eats (breastfed) and goes to sleep.
thank you @arlemom3 ! I always wanted too but my son was too lazy to work for the milk! i got really lucky with my daughter, she latched on right away!
As often as you like! And good for you for choosing to breastfeed!! It's not easy but super rewarding!
trust me she is already cuddled so much! @mrscruz0530 lol between me and my mom she is barely put down, she's such an angel!! thank you so much I'm so proud of how well she is doing so far.
