Ok so it's pouring rain right now and our neighbors have a German Shepard that's an outside dog poor…

Ok so it's pouring rain right now and our neighbors have a German Shepard that's an outside dog poor thing is out there all day everyday. I think they might bring her in at night but I would assume she goes straight into a crate at that point. Anyways so it's pouring rain but I got our slider open cause I'm sweating up a storm while I clean and I can just hear her out there crying, howling and barking. I bet all she wants is to come inside to their warm house and be loved. They never play with her or take her on any walks. I just see her in their backyard everyday bored out of her mind. It's driving me and my husband ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!! We just feel SO bad for her. It makes it hard when I see my three babies are all warm snuggled up on the couch being spoiled. I just wish everyone treated their dogs like members of the family. Like I know she's technically "OK" out there but it's coming down hard and I don't even know if she has any dry shelter out there since I can't see on the other side of their house so there might be a dog house but I have a feeling there isn't. Just hearing her whine out there breaks my heart and this rain comes pouring down! ☔️😢💔🐾
