Pissed off is an understatement. APPARENTLY we used £427 in gas from November to March. How is beyond me because living above another flat and in between 2 houses we rarely had the heating on and we have instant hot water so it isn't even used a lot through that. Our direct debit was £22 a month, which I've just been told wasn't enough... 🤔

So tell me why the fuck have they let a bill mount up to that without even telling me at all? And why didn't they just up the direct debit? Useless f*%#ing dicks!!!!!!!!!!
