SO thirsty all the time and I drink water constantly. TMI but constipated (that was huge symptom in my first pregnancy) and my acne is TERRIBLE. Not just on my face like usual but on my arms and chest and right under my jaw line which also happened last pregnancy. I'm hoping these are actually signs and not just my body playing cruel tricks on me!
