I make my self get up n clean or cook as much as I can or if I do just wanna sit around I bounce on the exercise ball or just sit on it it helps with the pressure

Yes I agree with @princess_katt bouncing on the ball helps so much!! I also got mine for under $10 and it came with a pump. I got it from dicks sporting goods. I bounce on that thing everyday!! Lol! I also try to do a lot of walking. It helps relieve a lot of the pressure down there so once I'm home in the couch it's not as bad as when I just lay there all day. But yes I'm literally tired all day long lol no energy
