It was painful...but I was 1cm already and within an hour was 8cms...so worked for me xxx

Just uncomfortable for me xx was 1-2cm when I had it on the Friday evening @ 11:30pm Harvey was born Monday morning @ 1:40am contractions started straight after sweep so definitely worked xx
