Might just be me but it bothers me to no end when people tell me to let my daughter sleep with them…

Might just be me but it bothers me to no end when people tell me to let my daughter sleep with them for the night. Her and I cosleep. The questions I always ask them (along with telling them no, she sleeps with me) are as follows:

1) Q: Do you have a tit for her to eat from when she's hungry?

A: We can just bring her in and wake you when she's hungry. You can sleep without her for a night.

I explain to them that I literally cannot sleep when she's not in the room with me to sleep. I toss and turn and if I do manage to get a few minutes of sleep I jolt awake with a nightmare and frantically search for her. They say it's bullshit and that she'll develop separation issues and growth issues because of it...as if they're an expert on kids, having never raised one themselves. I hate when people ask and then get pissed at me when I tell them no. Like...seriously.

Just my rant of the night... lol. Chunker is out cold beside me and I'm following suit. Goodnight, mommies and mommies-to-be!
