hi mummies hope your all ok..I seen a post last night on Facebook from a group I'm in and it got me thinking has anyone thought about the change to bedtime once the clocks go back this weekend? I really haven't a clue what I should do 😞 my little boy is just over 7 months and he has a strict bedtime come half 6 he is wanting his bath and wants to be in bed for 7 if he could take himself to bed he would lol xx

What I have found is that it doesn't affect them much the first night but as the week goes on... It's amazing what an hour difference makes! I'd do as suggestes and try & keep her up and extra 30mins for a couple of nights.

My girl is the same has her dinner at about 5:30 bath at 6:20 and asleep by seven however with the change of time coming up I'm trying to keep her awake for extra 30 minutes so that when it comes to it it's not a complete shock for her, last year this worked perfectly for us so fingers crossed it's the same this years, she's 1 year and 4 months, hope this helps xx

The clocks don't officially go back til early hours do they, so I think I'm Gona stick to normal bedtime routine and just risk having to get up with her an hour earlier xx
