I can not tell what contractions/Braxton hicks are for the life of me. I have been cramping like I'm on my monthly for like 3 hours. They aren't getting better. Ugh. Don't really know what to do right now.

when I had Braxton hicks it didn't feel like period cramps, at all. it was just a very uncomfortable and tightening feeling in my belly

my contractions felt like period cramps. braxton hicks never usually hurt just uncomfortable.. I'd just try and take it easy.. drink water and put your feet up. hopefully the cramping does calm down for you

my contractions felt like period cramps but with tightening , eventually came the burning pain in my back and thighs .
