what do u mommies think i should use for sore nipples once i start nursing my baby boy

I have bamboobies nipple balm that they sent me for free. and I also have I think it's the Honest Company has a some and so does Burt's Bees in the mama bee section. they should have a regular Burt's Bees section. A baby bees section and a mama bees Burt's Bees section

do they really help cuz with my first son it hurt so bad to nirse especially when i ripped after giving birth to him i couldnt take both pain at the same timw

I use a nipple shield! It's a life saver lol.
