the last 2 nights I have had terrible abdominal and lower back pain it is almost impossible for me…

the last 2 nights I have had terrible abdominal and lower back pain it is almost impossible for me to roll in bed without pain shooting through my whole body. I have no clue what this might be. at first I thought maybe contractions but it's pretty much constant. (currently a dull but annoying pain, but If I move it will go to about a 6 or 7)
