Foot rubs can, but it's a specific trigger point near the ankle/heel so if you look it up you can avoid it and still get rubs on the rest of your feet! Lol, my hubby tried to use that as as excuse to not give me foot rubs, so I looked it up and got my foot rubs back 😉👌
My feet were hella fat for most of my pregnancy lol, I couldn't have lived without the occasional rub down. Just avoid the Achilles area and you'll be fine
