Is disability pay based off the current year your on or an average of the last couple years? I'm getting worried about how much my disability pay is going to be since I just started a new job this year :/

I'm not sure I know I had a lot that was stacked and they also go by how many hours you work every 2 weeks

Mine was 60% of how much I was making for the first six weeks then it went to 80% . I got payed 40 hours a week

based on your last highest pay but I remember it's 55% not 60 but not sure that's why I went back to work after my disability was over I didn't take family leave the pay is horrible

thank you ladies, if it's based on my highest pay then I should be getting basically what my new job has been paying because I made more at my last job
