When did you Mommies 👪 introduce Water to your baby ? What age is it safe ? My son will be 6 months…

my son didnt until he was 1, he had sips here and there but thats it. now he drinks it everyday

There's not really any additional benefit to introducing anything before 1. The milk as everything they need. It's not going to hurt him though at 6 months.

I gave my son water when he was a couple months old. Theres no need to give water until after a year old they say they get everything they need from their formula

@rhia, my son Exclusively breastfed No formula at all so that's why I was wondering should I be offering him Water?

I have read a few things and they all say its not necessary because they get all they need from their milk..no matter if its formula or from the breast. I give my son water to get rid of his hiccups.

You can but you don't have too. The breastmilk has enough water to milk ratio for them. My boys are exclusively breastfed as well.
