@arlemom3, Thank you! ☺️ Even though I get up with them every night (because hubby worked early before now) I'm still so nervous & I don't know why. I just don't like him not being here at night, but the pay difference from day to night is worth it, so I'll eventually get use to it lol

It's tough at first, but gets easier. My husband does night shift too.

@armyvet_mom_of_four, well I'm glad to hear that because I'm freaking out lol idk why! I have such bad anxiety though so I think that has a lot to do with it

I would be nervous too. And even when my husband is home I have to get up with our baby

It's because he is the person you sleep beside, and your bed feels empty. Yeah you can cuddle with your kids, but your kids ain't your husband. Lol! I understand completely!

@firsttimegypsymama, I do just because he works so I can stay home with my babies like I've always wanted to do, and he had to get up at 5 am

My husband sleeps like a log, so I was always the one that got up lol. I def agree with @armyvet_mom_of_four maybe you're nervous because you won't have him in bed with you. Have you considered co sleeping with your baby?

@armyvet_mom_of_four, @arlemom3 yes, I hate the thought of him not being there in bed with me! Even though I don't feel in danger, he makes me feel safe, if that makes sense! Lol and yes, I co sleep with both of them lol. They both have cribs in my room & will sleep in there most of the night, then when they wake up in the middle of the night I pull them in bed with me lol
