my mom had that..and a friend my age had it a few months ago..comes from high stress..high blood pressure..the mouth gets crooked from your nerves and your 1 eye or both can be droppy takes about 2-3months to heal*feel better try NOT to overstress anymore

Yikes!! I definitely stress but my blood pressure is usually on the lower end. I'm told like a teenagers usually. My eye isn't too droopy, but the left side of my tongue is numb, that side of my mouth doesn't move if I smile, and my face on that side feels sore- almost like if you had a sinus infection. They gave a prescription for steroids for the next 7 days so hopefully that helps @sherrynygirl

that will help..they do a test if you can't smile and its very crooked its Bells palsy..yes like a bad sinus infection but.in younger people due to excessive stress.get rest and don't let anyone over stress u

I had bells palsy for the first time at 8yrs old. It came back my freshman year in college...

when I had my first boyfriend... both times it lasted about a month then went away.. if you have any questions I'm here to help!

Ugh twice @2hrtbts? Did they say what triggered it for your cases? They just told me it's common in pregnant women bc of fluid retention and to relax 🙄

both times it was because of stress which to me was a bit strange because with both times I knew of worse times that I was stressed. when I was 8 I was at camp that was fun, and in college I finally had a bf. didn't feel like I was stressed but who knows
