my daughter has a diaper rash. i’ve been cleaning her down there and putting diaper rash cream and baby powder and she still has rash... what do i do? someone help me 😭

Does anyone know what else works for a bad diaper rash ?? Idk why my baby is pooping so much but she poops at least 3-4 times after each feed & its making her rash worst. I dab when i clean her instead of wiping to avoid from irritating it & ive even tried changing the kind of formula twice. The poop is not even alot its probably like 2 or 3 little wet drops on the diaper but i feel so bad because i know that it hurts her. & ive triedd all these products !!

Don’t know if this is a normal diaper rash. I feel like it has gotten worse in the last couple of days. I have always used A&D for his diaper rashes and it works right away but this time I haven’t noticed no improvement.

My LO has a diaper rash what do or did you mommy's put on your LO diaper rash?

I really need help! Izabella has this on her private part on both sides. It was a regular diaper rash it wasn't like this earlier can somebody recommend something for this or does anybody know what this is?????
