people's opinions on swaddling? my son spent 6 days in special care where they swaddled him, so we got him a swaddle pod for when he came home and he loves it.... just never liked the idea before but he settles so much better and is able to move his hands and legs as he's still so small anyway. xx

I swaddled both of my children and they both like it. my daughter is 4months old and I still do it and she settles so much better especially at night. I used a thin big scarf in the day and use the swaddled pod for bedtime. I got her to sleep in a sleeping bag the other day and she only slept 30mins for a nap when she usually goes 1hr+ cause she woke moving her hands 🙈 if your baby likes it go with it :) xx
They say some babies like it because it mimics what it would've been like in the womb xxx
Works for some babies...doesnt for others :) if he likes it then no reason to stop doing it :) My girl would not be swaddled lol...she likes to move her arms legs..etc..and turn onto her side and tummy when she was asleep :) xxx
I think if baby likes it then it's OK. Neither of my boys have ever liked to be swaddled or wrapped up with a blanket. They kick them off! So I've never really had the opportunity to do it lol
