man I started adderall the other day and it isn't helping at ALL.

You may have to adjust the dosage and I had to switch from the time released one

I'm on XR. she told me to do the "goldilocks" attempt with it meaning try 10mg the first day, 20 the second and so on. Im up to 40mg and still nothing. I don't wanna take more than that though

I didn't like the XR. I can tell a big difference on the regular and I take 20mg 3x a day

how did you come to find out? I was on ritilan in high school

I went to a new psychiatrist for help with panic disorder and she was looking through my case file and asked if I'd ever been on something like celexa or Ritalin and I was like ..no for what? And she said oh for ADD im gonna ask you some questions blah blah and i spent like 2 freaking hours with her and she was like yeah just by talking to you I'd say you have a degree of ADD. I was really surprised lol. I mean I'd taken adderall in high school a couple times to help study for finals and it was a miracle drug but never was prescribed it
