Losing the will with the MIL. she had Ethan all yesterday morning & constantly holds him and plays with him. They bought him a new rocker chair that's musical & he won't sit in it unless the music plays
And today he won't let me or Tom put him down, he just starts screaming! Every time we try to put him down to sleep, he wakes up & will only fall asleep on us. I swear that woman is trying to undo all my work coz she never leaves him alone when she has him

Max is like this when we have my husbands parents over. We only see them once a month so she holds him a lot so I kinda let her and just deal with the aftermath. It's usually only for a day because he soon gets used to being put down again lol But if it was regular it would definitely bug me!
months and weeks of hard work for 1 morning to unravel it all! my mil is very understanding with the kids routines and sticks by them xx
Its hard especially when u want one routine but others adapt the child to there own routine
