All of my family thinks I'll be having my son within the next week because I went from my cervix being closed and not thinned at all to 1 and a half centimeters in a weeks time. They are really getting my hopes up and I'm gonna be so upset when I go over my due date 😭

Same thing here. 3cm for 3 weeks no changes an drs keep sayin well walk around an she will come early idk anymore ive given up lol
Man I know the feeling. At 36 weeks everyone was like she's coming, because I went from 0 to 2cm and 50% effaced, then in a weeks I went to 3 1/2 cm still same effaced. Then at 38 weeks I was 4cm, 80% efface, -1 positioned, and eight minutes contractions. I finally had her four days later. So please don't listen to people, just sit back and relax. It will stress you out, and that's not fun believe me.
