Omg!! Painful hemorrhoid (or what I'm assuming is)😫. I'd almost compare this to labor, my eyes are bloodshot red due to crying for so long 😰😭😭. Someone help. How do I find relief? Sitting or standing feels like hell. It started today after I pooped :(. Lol damn I can't catch a break.

@arivera64, thanks mama. It hurts when I have the ice pack on. Should I still keep it on? At this point I'm like, why not because I'm going to be in pain either way lol

yes because like you said it hurts either way. The ice will shrink it down and numb it a little eventually. Warm water helps soothe. The preparation h and tucks does all of the above.
