Omg!! Painful hemorrhoid (or what I'm assuming is)😫. I'd almost compare this to labor, my eyes are bloodshot red due to crying for so long 😰😭😭. Someone help. How do I find relief? Sitting or standing feels like hell. It started today after I pooped :(. Lol damn I can't catch a break.

Ice pack on it for as long as you can. Alternate with warm sitz baths. When you have a chance to get to the store buy preparation h or tucks wipes

yes because like you said it hurts either way. The ice will shrink it down and numb it a little eventually. Warm water helps soothe. The preparation h and tucks does all of the above.
