TMI: pretty sure I lost my mucus plug... no contractions or blood or anything it didn't seem like much I'm nervous now! 😨

My doctor told me it's nothing to worry about. Just look out for contractions, blood, or water breaking. If you experience any of those then head to the ER

with blood it can mean labor is impending or your cervix is dilating and getting soft i lost my plug with blood for 2 weeks b4 active labor officially began

dont be nervous you can loose your plug weeks b4 labor begin and the plug always reginerates
