I burp her after every oz. she's been drinking about 4oz a feeding, but twice today she's thrown up on me. Like a lot. Not just a lil spit up. Is something wrong? It is it just a normal baby thing to do when they are formula fed?

my son had acid reflux so bad he had projectile vomiting after he would eat it was so bad...

@nwhite0823, I'm not sure if it's something like acid reflux or if I'm just feeding her too much too fast.

my baby is breast fed and the first few weeks she threw up constantly. now that she's almost 8 weeks old she'll still throw up 1/3 times a day even with burps.

@liz41395, try feeding her less. 4oz is a lot for a week old baby. Her belly is barely this tiny....

If I give her 2oz she still whines for more. I think she would be good with 3 oz.
