Girl natural was the best thing I ever did. I've had both an epidural and a natural birth and I'm definitely going natural again. The contractions hurt a lot more than pushing the baby out. Once the body is out you feel this big relief. And when you see your baby you forget about everything else that's going on! I'm teeny tiny as well 4'11 weighed 108 when I first got pregnant and 125 by the end of it.

I'm a big girl and all my life people told me I had hips for pushing out babies.. 🙄 anyway, I had my daughter all natural and I have a high tolerance for pain but they induced me and put me on PITOCIN which made the pain double. I was miserable and it hurt but once I pushed her out the majority of my pain and discomfort went away. I had to deliver the placenta but it was squishy unlike the baby so it wasn't as bad. My son was a big baby and I opted for the epidural but it did not work. And again, PITOCIN made it worse. I had to have oxygen I was in so much pain. But his arm was over his head which made him stick in the birth canal. But once he was born... relief!!! His placenta was uncomfortable because it was the size of my daughter when she was born. Lol anyway, our bodies are made for this, big hips or not, and you can do it. Yes, it hurts but I've not delivered without PITOCIN and don't know the experience without it. My friend was 5' and 110 pounds and popped her baby out like it was nothing. She said it wasn't that bad. I have huge hips and weighed 260 then and it was painful. Every experience is different. Stay active and drink lots of water. It helps, I hear. You know your own body well and what u can handle. Have the epidural available but only if you want it. I said no with my first so it wasn't ready for me and no time to do it when I finally asked for it. And yes, once baby is out you don't think about what u just went through. You'll be overwhelmed with love and joy!!
