Anyone else clean the whole house when they're angry ? Like you just don't even say anything , you just start cleaning…

I do until I find something that pisses me off and I go into rant mode be cursing everything out lol my son n hubby go in there rooms and the dog hides when I get like that lmao

I do that, also listen to rap while I clean. so I'm all angry and cleaning spouting off some gangster lyrics lol

@sherrynygirl, it's a great stress reliever for me ! I actually want to break things and then I sit and think about the outcome .. so I just go into clean mode and not say anything . It's actually great for me and everyone in the house 😅

i clean when im mad lol & sometimes when im mad at my bf ill go to sleep and he'd clean the whole house while im asleep so i wake up feeling bad i went to sleep mad at him lol.
