Watching Stand Up To Cancer and it makes me so proud to be a carer and it makes me so happy that I chose to be in this career. We've cared for and lost a lot of people to this horrible disease but we've made their last weeks with their families a happy and positive time. It's heartbreaking to lose a service user but knowing you've made their life just that little bit better by helping them really makes you proud of what you do. Shoutout to all the carers ✌🏽️
