At the Dr office my levels are at 7476 they did us and they still don't see a baby or heartbeat only…

At the Dr office my levels are at 7476 they did us and they still don't see a baby or heartbeat only the sac measuring at 5weeks 6days..I'm trying to stay positive and they are trying to reassure me that everything is okay but I'm just nervous...I didn't have these issues with my son so I'm really nervous 😣
