No pumping and dumping won't work and new research has been done where as long as your feel fine enough to drive your are fine enough to nurse..not enough alcohol gets into your milk to cause harm to the baby
That's what I did when I was breast feeding. My doctor actually told me to drink a beer while feeding but that sounded stupid lol. I actually pumped and waited 2 hours just to be sure. Also make sure baby feeds right before you drink so you're not stuck losing your mind lol. Hope that helps.
