I need some help.
I breastfeed my one year old and I'm having to return to work soon so I need to wean her.
I try feeding her solids during the day but she doesn't touch the food just plays with it.
Another problem is the only way she knows how to fall asleep is to nurse. She nurses when she naps and at night too.
She also co sleeps and I want her to start to sleep in her bed.
I've transitioned the bed to a toddler bed and I lay in it with her till she falls asleep, then I get up. The only thing is she will wake up within 30-45 minutes, every 30 minutes all night till I move her into my bed.
What should I do?!?
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
help!
earlier today, my daughter was sleeping on my chest, and she stopped breathing for a good few seconds, since then, she has been awake, and won't fall asleep unless I'm holding her. I try to put her down, even on my lap and she won't fall asleep unless I'm holding her... we've been feeding her more and more, I can't pump anything else.. I want to fall asleep with her because that is literally the only way she's sleeping but my SO is against that, and pulls the whole "if something happens t...

I have tried everything I can think of walking around, si...
Okay moms, I just joined, but need some sleep advice. I have an amazing, spoiled 8 month old baby... She only falls asleep in my arms. She still gets up several time a night to eat [formula] and wakes up constantly wanting me or a paci. She is only sleeping in her crib for about an hour every night. Otherwise She s in bed with me. I am exhausted and want to get her sleeping in her crib all night. And able to fall asleep on her own. Any advice?? Not a fan of CIO methods... Thanks ladies!
