🚨🚨cant keep anything in my system. i either throw it up or it goes right through me. im having constant cramping and im super tired today that all i want to do is sleep. nothing i do helps witht he cramping. ive relaxed in the shower, drank tons of water, laid on my left side, and even elevated my feet. i had actual contractions from 220 to 530 and since. they passed its constant crampign but they are really intense. is this labor? also my dog wont leave my side and all she does is cry and also walks back and fourth while i lay down on the couch. its like she knows im in pain cause she cries everytime.🚨🚨
