I'm really stressing out this morning. I'm just feeling really let down and discouraged 😕 given my situation, I am only able to work one day a week and that day is all day long Saturday. I make no money whatsoever. I asked my boss if I could switch to Friday nights and she said no unless I could work another day during the week, and I'm already at school Monday- Thursday. I'm so sick of being away from my child as much as I am already, and for what? Because I was planning on doing the "2 year" nursing program at my school so I could be working as an RN while getting my BSN. Turns out that's a joke, it's actually 3 years long. So why would I turn getting a BSN into a 5 year process? Well the school I plan to transfer to is expensive as fuck and I don't know how much financial aid I'll receive. I'm busting my ass trying to maintain all A's and maybe that will help with scholarships/ grants. This is just a tiny bit of why I am feeling so down, and I'm trying my best to just hope that everything will fall together.

In five years you can be at the job you're at now still trying to make ends meet or you could be at your goal. I would stick with it. Time is going to go by whether you're going to school and making something out of yourself or not. You're doing a great job, it won't be easy or fun, but so worth it!!! Keep it up! And vent when you need to! @babyjjsmommy

Yeah, I'm trying to transfer bc it'll only make it another 3.5 years if I go to a four year university. Where I'm at is so unorganized and so unprofessional it's ridiculous they don't even know wtf they're talking about half the time. @leahsmommi

Oh I understand now! Yeah that sucks. Most community colleges don't know what they are doing. Not all, some. Mine didn't @babyjjsmommy
