I miss my old body a lot & I find myself being really self conscious because my stomach hasn't completely gone down yet 😔 but I have to give myself some slack I haven't even had my son a complete week yet my body isn't going to just magically change back over night eventually my stomach will go down & soon I'll be able to go to the gym like twice a week to help myself get my body to where I want to be I guess I just have to gain some patience
After my 6 weeks of healing is up I plan on going to the gym twice a week @keepingupwithhj
I gained 45lbs when I was pregnant, a week after my son was born I lost 32.. By the time he was a month I was 4lbs away from my pre pregnancy weight, and now I'm below at 6 months. BUT I still have my belly.. Not bad, just a little flabby.
I totally get it. You should get yourself in the habit of exercising as soon as you can, because I'm trying to do it now that my son is almost 10 months old and it is a lot harder!
I know it did , I definitely do appreciate it because it did an amazing thing I just kinda want it to come back together now @keepingupwithhj
I am breastfeeding, I hope it helps but then again I still eat like I'm pregnant because breastfeeding makes me so hungry @stashinavy
I know it's hard, but learn to appreciate your body. It gave you the greatest gift of all!
