question.. when you are in the hospital and give birth to your baby how does the birth certificate work? does you and your husband/ boyfriend/ babys father have to sign the birth certificate or show id or how does it work?

Yes you and daddy sign it and he shows his ID to be copied and they submit the paperwork for you. They'll tell you when you can pick up a copy or if it'll be mailed to you

they do it before you leave and ive never had to show my id .... and if daddy wants his name on it he has to be there to sign it they wont let you put it on there

oh okay. and can it be any form of id because my husband doesnt have a drivers license or anything. just a resident id @housfullofgrls @babygirl10-11

his resident id is good if they ask for any forms of ids that should work!! ☺ @mybabychloe011017
