What are some natural remedies to speed labor?

I also tried the ring thing earlier around my stomachs and it showed I was having a girl, which I am. Lol. Just curious about different things. It gets boring being home all day patiently waiting for baby girls arrival :)

I'm just bored. I heard some of those things too. Just wanted to know a little more. If anybody has ever tried any.
