Baby boy got his 2 month shots today and he's been really upset since. They put the shots in his legs and if it touches anything he wakes up screaming until he eventually goes back to sleep again. The doctor said I could give him Tylenol but I still feel horrible seeing him so miserable.

I gave him the suggested dose and he went back to sleep again I don't know how much it helped but at least it was something I could do @kellynicole

Before my son gets his shots an hour before we go in I'll give him some Tylenol and then after the appointment about 30 min I'll give him some more then the next day I'll give it to him every 4 hours so it don't run out and that seems to help him not get so sore

My daughters doctor told me not to give her any Tylenol before her shot because it can counteract against the vaccines that are being given.

A wet tea bag will help with swelling and pain.

I'll ask his pediatrician before our next appointment about taking it before shots but I think keeping him on Tylenol tonight and tomorrow might be a good idea @landensmommy16 @lizyetter_1991
