I hate that most FTM are under the impression that breastfeeding is a natural and easy process. Its not by any means and it takes a lot of work, patience, and dedication. My friend thinks she isn't producing enough but her baby is hardly a month old. I gave her some of my frozen milk to help her out, I just wish I could do more. She's trying all of the tips I've given her to increase supply so hopefully that will help!
