I'm seriously at my breaking point. I feel like as long as I'm busting my ass off to clean every single day, my husband is perfectly fine. But NOT ONCE will he get off the couch to help me. He'll just sit there and watch tv. So THEN I'm seriously burning up and having hot flashes from cleaning so I turned on the A/C. He says he's freezing and gets up to turn it off. I was like uh I'm hot and Me burning up is more important. He says "not really". I'm like 😳. I've never wanted to strangle someone so bad in my entire life 😡

I work at home he works 10-12 hour days so I try to cut him some slack most of the time. But I'm carrying TWO babies and making sure he has everything he needs. The least he can do is help me with something! 🙄

I did cry. Not in front of him but I did have to cry well because I cry about everything now anyways lol i don't want to be catered to all the time but I'd like to feel appreciated!! @beanieboo

I dont really understand whn things like this are posted. This would Not happen to me. Thats not ok. Being inconsiderate is not an option. And he would hear exactly how I feel lol.

Oh please believe I tell him but talking to him is like talking to a brick wall. Lol. But I think I'm gonna go with the first idea and make him do his own stuff. Once he doesn't have someone spoiling him by making sure his stuff is done, he'll learn. I always thought when I got pregnant, he would WANT to help me to take stress off of me but I guess all men are different. @madukes

Thats a great idea!! Common sense is that he would wanna help. Especially if its his baby. Ur on tha right track. It seems so hard to get men to understand that we r not their moms lol. My father in law tried to put that on me. He told me right before we got married that since he is my husband I have to pick up behind him (we loved with him for a few mnths before we got our house) and I politely told him.. if he cleaned behind himself before we got married then he will continue to do so lol and I will continue to clean up behind me. I work just like him so no sir pls talk to ur son if he is leavin stuff around that u dont like lol. I dont think he liked that very much but I wasnt gonna turn into a maid jus because I got married. Its supposed to be team work.

Yes I totally agree! I'm supposed to be on "home rest" but I decided to try a work from home job to help with bills and preparing for the babies. So now it's back to both of us working. He'll use the excuse that he worked all day & im like I sat in front of a computer screen for 5 hours straight, cleaned the house & am carrying your twin babies. Get over it. 🙄 I hate to complain on here but omg it drives me nuts so I had to talk to someone to calm myself down so I didn't try to kick him or something in the middle of the night lol @madukes

lol understood. Most of them dont have a clue until u do something to make them understand...like not clean their draws lol or dont cook for a while. They will get it then.
