My son's name is Gianni, which is Italian. None of us are Italian 😂. But my fiancé has loved the name for years. He constantly spoke of "Gianni" as we were trying for a baby. My cousin has a baby named Gianna but I couldn't tell my fiancé he couldn't name his first child and son what he's always wanted. Anyways, Gianni means "God is gracious".
